MATH
Fourth Grade
4th graders were given a Math packet to complete over spring break with an assortment of all the great skills we learned this year. It's due on Thursday, April 9th. We will begin Chapter 9, Relating Fractions and Decimals and plan to cover lessons 1 through 4. Use Carmen San Diego Math Models Skills 35-36, to practice concepts from Chapter 9. Remember we need to share logins 1-4 at this time.
Multiplication Facts: Students should be practicing their facts at home on a regular basis in order to improve scores on weekly timed fact practices. You can print your own worksheets to practice from Math-drills.com, play online games (see Math Websites Tab above), or borrow some "Holey Cards" from Mrs. Hall.
Fifth Grade

Use Carmen San Diego Math Models, Skills 30-31, to help with Chapter 9 skills. GOMATH Online Access: To use the website we should continue to share the logins for numbers 1 - 4 ( instead of individual student numbers).
Multiplication Facts: Continue practicing multiplication facts at home because they are ESSENTIAL for Fractions. You can print your own worksheets from Math-drills.com, play online games (see Math Websites Tab above), or borrow some "Holey Cards" from Mrs. Hall.

5th Graders only: Wed. 2:20pm - 3:15pm
Before School (students need a "Mrs. Hall permission note")
Both 4th and 5th Graders:
Wednesday and Fridays from 7:15am - 7:45am
Also, Mrs. Lux will be available at 7:20am on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays to assist students as well!

Vocabulary (Blue Workbook):
Unit 14 Workbook will be corrected on Tuesday, April 7th, so they can recall the words for the Unit 14 Test on Wednesday, April 8.
